Only qualified technicians will visit your premises and install your products, whether lighting, solar, or a hot water unit. Our installers always carry a company ID, complying with the VEU Code of Conduct. So, make sure you ask for the ID to ensure you’re dealing with a legitimate Switch to Green representative.

All entities, except government organisations, are eligible to apply. It even includes businesses operating under a trust, company, non-profit, or partnership structure. Primarily, three different business owners are eligible as per Solar Victoria.
- Renter: You rent the building from an entity you’re not associated with.
- Associated entity: You own or manage the property under another name instead of your business name
- Owner-occupier: You own the premises under the same name as your business.
Absolutely! You can participate in the program as long as you are either upgrading additional properties or different types of energy-efficient products. The more your upgrades are, the better your savings will be.
